if your using final cut pro do:FileExportUsing quicktime conversiongo down to "use"then click broadband - highclick options and change the size from 480x 360 to 360x240 (for better youtube compression and shit)then click export done...if your using quicktimefirst get quicktime pro, ( there are serial generators all over the internet or just pay for it its not expensive)then do just about the same thing...open the videofileexport select movie to quicktime moviethen select the same thing, broadband > high and change the size like i said beforehope this helps!

file
export
select movie to quicktime movie
