If you rode bmx in the late 90's early 2000's odds are you had a pair of the Mike Vallely Etnies. I went through about 4 pairs of these things in a span of a year or two. If they were that huge in bmx I'm sure they were a top seller in the skate world as well. Etnies came out with the second version of his kicks but they were ugly as sin. I found these today in my basement buried with some other old destroyed kicks.... with a little water and a quick cleaning they might not be half bad. Might be my new trail kicks for the spring.
